While marine red algae dominate our coastal vocabulary, their freshwater counterparts, the Rhodophyta, represent an ancient and highly specialized evolutionary lineage. AARI Quiz on Environment, June 2021 

  Annakkili Amma Research Institute (AARI), is one of the prestigious organization which constantly support students to be active on academic activities during this pandemic situation. As of now, we have conducted more than 25 International webinar series and also many more to be conducted.

Another online activity which we concentrate on is online quiz programs, we do it in two ways, one with a free certificate (Quiz Competition) and another without certificate (exam practice) Quiz programs.

 AAARI Quiz on Environment, June 2021 is reconducted with the World Environment Day Quiz, which was conducted as a competition on world environment day. More than 200 people participated in that Quiz but only 8 people scored 100%. Hence we decided to post this question again so that many other participants can learn, try and practice these Questions.

This Quiz basically concentrates on Environmental Biology. hope these question will help you to learn something related to the environment on the World Environment Day.

AARI Summer Internship on Algal Biotechnology for Pachaiyappa's College, Chennai Students May-June 2025

 Summer Internship 2025 Annakkili Amma Research Institute (AARI), conducted 15 days summer internship program for Pachaiyappa's College, Chennai, PG Botany final year students.  The Internship program was covering Biomass Production, Biomass Harvesting, Biomass Processing, Lipid Extraction, Phycoremediation, SLF and other topics related to Algal Biotechnology. The 15 days program started on 21st May 2025 and till 5th  June 2024.
