J. 17, 1538-1546 (2019)). As glycolate is an important industrial chemical, its production in a photosynthetic microorganism opens up the long-term potential to establish a biotechnological industry based on renewable resources. Annakkili Amma Research Institute (AARI), conducted 21 days winter internship program for Loyola College, UG Plant Biology and Biotechnology final year students.  The Internship program was covering Vermitechnology, Nitrogen fixing Bacterial isolation, compost preparation, Seaweed Liquid Fertilizers and other topics related to Biofertilizer. The Fifteen days program started on 19th December 2023 and till 8th  January 2023. ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP/TRAINING/WORKSHOPS                Every year Annakkili Amma Research Institute (AARI) organizes various Internship programs and Training/Workshops on various topics with the aim of providing hands-on training exposure on  various techniques of Biology. The objective is to bring the students and young researchers into one platform to improve their practical skills. During May-June 2023, AARI conducted fifteen days summer Internship program in which students from various Institutions, and the program started from 28th May.
